Return Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (such as tote bags, scarves, or hats) for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or limited-edition pieces

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at contact@nabatandhagat.ae with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If your requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.

6. In-Store Purchases (if applicable)

  • Items purchased directly from our pop-ups or events must be returned/exchanged at the same location or by contacting our customer support.
